No, there is no way to do that. It would be an excellent enhancement, 
though. Right now I can't come up with a clean way to express that in 
config file. Maybe something like

dnsbl=foo.org;5;127.0.0.1
dnsbl=foo.org;3;127.0.0.2
dnswl=foo.org;127.0.0.3

The config system really needs a rewrite, the syntax is getting quite 
patchy...
