Vuoden 2026 Akateeminen Heviristeily seilataan torstaina ja perjantaina
5.-6.11.2026 Helsinki-Tallinna välillä viime vuosilta tutulla Viking Line
XPRS -laivalla. Luvassa on jälleen kolme kovaa bändiä, laivan mukavuuksia,
hyttibileitä ja takuulla riehakasta menoa!
Matkaan voit lähteä yksin, kaksin tai kokonaisen kaveriporukan voimin!
Osallistuaksesi sinun ei myöskään tarvitse olla opiskelija, pelkkä
akateemisen raskas sydän riittää! Ikäraja 18 vuotta.

PAIKKA JA AIKA
Risteilyn lähtö on torstaina 5.11. Katajannokan terminaalista kello 20.30.
Satamassa on oltava hyvissä ajoin ennen laivan lähtöä. Keikat laivalla
alkavat kello 22.00. Laiva palaa Katajannokalle perjantaina 6.11. kello
13.15. Maihinnousu Tallinnassa ei ole mahdollista. Ennen risteilyn lähtöä,
HYRMY järjestää risteilyetkot Bar Basessa kello 16.00 alkaen.

HYTIT
Kaikkiin lippuihin sisältyy oma paikka hytissä sekä sisäänpääsy keikoille
ja muuhun ohjelmaan. Hyttejä on tänä vuonna kolmea kategoriaa:
4 hengen Basic-hytti: 41 €/hlö
2 hengen Basic-hytti: 52 €/hlö
1 hengen Basic-hytti: 71 €/hlö

Lisäksi tarjoamme mahdollisuuden valita hiljainen hytti. Tämän hytin
valitessa sitoudut siihen ettei hyttiin tule ylimääräisiä ihmisiä ja äänet
pidetään minimissä.
RUOKAILUT
Risteilylle on mahdollista ostaa kaksi ruokailua: Torstain
buffet-illallinen – 31 € & Perjantain brunssi-buffet – 26 €.
Buffet-illallinen tarjoillaan torstaina 5.11. klo 20.15, mikäli
ruokailijoita ilmoittautuu riittävästi (varmistamme illallisen toteutumisen
hyvissä ajoin ennen tapahtumaa). Brunssi-buffet tarjoillaan perjantaina klo
11 alkaen. Ruokailut laskutetaan erikseen sähköpostitse ja ne tulee maksaa
ennen risteilyä! Ilmoittautumiset ruokailuun ovat sitovia.

sisarjärjestöjen jäsenille on tarjolla ennakkoilmoittautuminen.

*[EN]* In 2026 the Academic Heavy Cruise will sails on Thursday and Friday
5th to 6th of November between Helsinki-Tallinn, on board the now familiar
Viking Line XPRS ferry. We bring you three crushing bands, comforts of a
cruise liner, cabin parties, and a guarantee of a good time!
Organized by HYRMY, the Academic Heavy Cruise brings academic metal clubs
from across Finland aboard the same ship. Jump on board alone, with a
friend, or bringing your whole crew with you! To participate, you don't
have to be a student; a heavy, academic heart is enough! Age limit 18 years.

TIME AND PLACE
The cruise departs from the Katajannokka terminal on Thu 5.11. at 20.30. It
is mandatory to be at the terminal in advance so please make sure to be
early. Gigs on board start at 22.00. The ferry returns to Katajannokka on
Fri 6.11. at 13.15. Getting off the ship in Tallinn is not possible. HYRMY
organizes a cruise pre-party at Bar Base on Thursday, starting at 16.00.
CABINS
All tickets include a cabin berth as well as entrance to the gigs and other
programme. This year we feature three cabin classes:
Cabin for four (4) 41€
Cabin for two (2) 52€
Cabin for one (1) 71€

In addition, we offer the possibility of reserving a quiet cabin. By
selecting this cabin, you unconditionally agree that no additional people
will enter the cabin.

MEALS
We offer the opportunity to purchase two meals on the ferry: Thursday's
buffet dinner – 31 € & Friday's brunch buffet – 26 €. The buffet dinner on
Thursday 5.11. will be served at 20.15 on the condition that enough people
buy the buffet. The dinner costs 31€ and a separate invoice will be sent
via email for those who have selected the dinner. We will announce whether
the buffet happens well in advance and only send out invoices once we know
it is happening. Please note that by a selection of the buffet is binding.
If the buffet happens, you must pay for it before the cruise. On Friday you
will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious brunch buffet that is served
starting at 11.00 for the price of 26€. The brunch will take place
regardless of sign-ups, but note that signing up is still binding!

REGISTRATION
This year there are two ways to sign up for the cruise. For members of
HYRMY and other Academic Heavy Metal associations, registration takes place
via a form shared on HYRMY's official communication channels (check HYRMY's
Telegram for more information). A separate Kide.App purchase option
(including cabin tickets and admittance to shows) is opened for
participants that aren't club members.

16th.

EU-identification card (including picture) with you. Age limit for the
cruise is 18.
