Tervetuloa TYRMY ry:n sääntöämääräiseen syyskokoukseen sekä varjovuosijuhlaan!

TYRMY ry:n sääntömääräinen syyskokous järjestetään Proffan kellarin isossa kabinetissa keskiviikkona 15.11. kello 18.00. Päivälleen 15 vuotta yhdistyksen perustamisen jälkeen. Syyskokous on yhdistyksen tärkein vuosittainen kokous, sillä siellä päätetään tulevan vuoden toimintasuunnitelma, talousarvio sekä valitaan uusi hallitus. Kokouksen esityslista, häiritäohjesääntö- sekä toimintasuunnitelma- ja talousarvioesitykset löytyvät tämän viestin liitteistä. 

Syyskokouksen yhteydessä tarjolla kakkua ja kahvia 15-vuotiaan yhdistyksen kunniaksi.

Welcome to the annual autumn meeting of the University of Turku Metal Club (TYRMY) and the unofficial anniversary party!
 
TYRMY’s annual autumn meeting takes place on Wednesday the 15th of November at 6 pm. (15 years since the foundation of TYRMY) We have reserved the big cabinet from Proffan Kellari for the meeting. The autumn meeting is the most important annual meeting of the association, since we will decide next year's action plan, propose a budget for next year and choose a new board. The agenda of the meeting will be find in the attachements of this e-mail. The budged draft and plan of action are only in Finnish but will be translated in English at the meeting if needed. There is also lots of people who will help you to understand so international members are warmly welcome too!

We have cake and coffee for the unofficial anniversary party!
