TYRMY ry:n sääntömääräinen syyskokous järjestetään Proffan kellarin isossa kabinetissa keskiviikkona 11.11. kello 18.00. Syyskokous on yhdistyksen tärkein vuosittainen kokous, sillä siellä päätetään tulevan vuoden toimintasuunnitelma, talousarvio sekä valitaan uusi hallitus.

Yhdistyksen jäsenet voivat esittää tärkeäksi kokemiaan asioita yhdistyksen kokouksen käsiteltäväksi. Esimerkiksi vuoden 2014 syyskokouksessa äänestettiin yhdistyksen virallisesta englanninkielisestä nimestä. Jos haluat oman ehdotuksesi syyskokouksen käsiteltäväksi, lähetä se sähköpostilla hallitukselle (tyrmy at lists.utu.fi) viimeistään sunnuntaina 8.11. Kokouksen varsinainen esityslista ja tarvittavat liitteet lähetetään maanantaina 9.11..

Syyskokouksessa kaikki yhdistyksen jäsenet voivat vaikuttaa päätöksentekoon ja saavat äänestää. Tervetuloa!

TYRMY’s annual autumn meeting takes place on Wednesday the 11th of November at 6 pm. We have reserved the big cabinet from Proffan Kellari for the meeting. The autumn meeting is the most important annual meeting of the association, since we will decide next year’s action plan, propose a budget for next year and choose a new board.

The members can suggest important things to be decided in the meeting. For example last year we decided about the official English name of TYRMY (University of Turku Metal Club). If you want to bring thigs up in the meeting send them by e-mail to the board (tyrmy at lists.utu.fi) by Sunday the 8th of November. The meeting's agenda and attachments will be sent on Monday the 9th of November.

In the autumn meeting every member of TYRMY can affect on decisions and get a chance to vote. Welcome!
