[Tyrmyjasenet] Akateeminen Heviristeily 24.11.!! / Academic Heavy Cruise on the 24th of October

Kuten aikaisemmin lupailin, tässä tulee viestiä akateemiseen heviristeilyyn liittyen. 
TYRMY ry järjestää yhdessä muiden akateemisten hevikerhojen (MC Mökä, HYRMY, 
Tyrmäys, TTykitys, Heavy Metal Tampere, Lappeenrannan pikametallimiehet) kanssa 
Akateemisen heviristeilyn 2011. Risteilylle lähdetään torstaina 24.11. Silja Europalla. Lähtö 
klo 20.15 ja paluu perjantaina klo 19.15. Avainkortit jaetaan terminaalissa, joten paikalla on 
syytä olla tunti ennen lähtöä. 

Ilmoittautuminen alkaa TÄNÄÄN maanantaina 3.10.ja jatkuu kaksi viikkoa, eli 17.10. asti. 
Heviristeilyn hinta on huokea 20€, ja hintaan sisältyy hyttipaikka, aamiaiskuponki sekä 
risteilyohjelma. Jälkimmäiseen kuuluu kolme hevikerhojen tarjoamaa keikkaa (Oddland, 
Drowlich & Ever Circling Wolves), hevitietovisa mahtavine palkintoineen sekä hevikerhoille 
järjestetty ykstyinen karaoketilaisuus. Kaikki tämä tapahtuu vielä erinomaisessa seurassa, 
joten loistavaa menoa on luvassa!

Ilmoittautumiset tehdään taloudenhoitaja Timo Lehtoselle osoitteeseen timleh at utu.fi .
Laita viestin otsikoksi Heviristeily-ilmoittautuminen, ja kerro viestissä oma nimesi,
henkilötunnuksesi, sukupuolesi, kansalaisuutesi ja sähköpostiosoitteesi. Hytit täytetään
(sukupuolen mukaan) ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä. Jos haluat ystäviesi kanssa samaan 
hyttiin, niin laittakaa kaikkien ilmoittautumiset samaan ilmoittautumisviestiin. Laivayhtiön 
säännöistä johtuen risteily on ikävä kyllä K-21.

Maksu suoritetaan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä tilille FI14 5711 1320 0434 71. Laita
viestikenttään teksti "Akateeminen heviristeily" sekä Oma Nimi. 

HUOM! Jos haluat aamiaisen lisäksi illallis- tai lounasbuffetin, voit varmistaa paikkasi 
pöydässä jo etukäteen. Illalliskupongin hinta on 30€ (illallinen lähtöpäivänä) ja lounas-
kupongin 27,5€ (lounas paluupäivänä, sisältää myös juomat). Jos siis haluat jomman 
kumman tai molemmat ylläolevista, maksa ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä ja mainitse 
asiasta ilmoittautumisviestisssä.

Paikkoja on rajoitetusti, mutta riittävästi. Jos ylimääräisiä paikkoja jää, myös
ei-jäsenet voivat tulla risteilylle. TYRMY:n (ja muiden hevikerhojen) jäsenet siis 
ovat etusijalla.

As promised, here comes the information concerning the Acedemic Heavy Metal cruise. 
TYRMY ry organizes, in collaboration with other academic metal clubs (MC Mökä, HYRMY, 
Tyrmäys, TTykitys, Heavy Metal Tampere, Lappeenrannan pikametallimiehet) an Academic 
Heavy Cruise 2011 on Thursday 24th of November. Our ship, Silja Europa, will leave at 
8.15 pm and returns on Friday at 7.15 pm. The key cards for the cabins will be handed 
out at the terminal, so you should be there about an hour before the ship embarks. 

The sign-up starts TODAY the 3st of October, and continues for two weeks, until the 17th 
of October. The price of the cruise is 20€, and with this small amount, you get a place in a 
cabin, a breakfast-coupon and the cruise-program. The program includes three gigs offered 
by the metal clubs (Oddland, Drowlich & Ever Cycling Wolves), a metal-quiz and heavy-karaoke, 
reserved only for the metal-clubs. All of this in excellent company, so the cruise is going to be great!

Sign-up by sending an e-mail to our treasurer, Timo Lehtonen at timleh at utu.fi . Write
"Heavy-cruise sign-up" as the title of the e-mail, and write your name, your social
security number, sex, nationality and e-mail address. The cabins will be filled in the
sign-up order (according to sex). If you want to share a cabin with your friends, all
your sign-ups should be in the same message. Due to the policy of the Silja Line, the 
cruise is not allowed for people under the age of 21.

The payment should be done at the same time with the sign-up. Payments to TYRMY's 
account FI14 5711 1320 0434 71. Write "Academic heavy-cruise" and Your Name to 
the subject field. 

NB! If you want an additional coupon for dinner buffet or lunch buffet, you may order it
in advance. The dinner buffet (served on Thursday evening) will cost 30€ and the lunch 
buffet (served on Friday midday, includes drinks) will cost 27,5€. If you want one or both 
of these, you should pay it when paying for the cruise. You should also mention it in the 
sign-up e-mail.

There is a limited but sufficient amount of places for the cruise. If there are any unfilled
places left at the end of the sign-up, non-members of the academic metal clubs may also
join the cruise.
