TÄRKEÄÄ TIETOA / IMPORTANT INFO

Ilmoittautumisessa pääsi käymään siten, että lomake oli avautunut paria minuuttia aikaisemmin kuin sen olisi pitänyt avautua. Innokkaat kemistit tämän huomatessaan ilmoittautuivat sankoin joukoin ja alle minuutissa sitseille olikin ilmoittautunut jo yli 100 henkeä - ennen kuin ilmoittautumisen olisi pitänyt aueta.

Ei ole reilua ottaa sitseille "etuajassa" ilmoittautuneita ja jättää tasan klo 12 asti odottaneita pois. Ei ole myöskään reilua leikata ennen klo 12 ilmoittautuneita pois, koska ilmoittautuminen aukesi liian aikaisin, vaikkei se ollut tarkoitus. Tästä syystä järjestämme uuden ilmoittautumisen, jotta kaikki ovat varmasti samalla viivalla. Jos olet siis jo ilmoittautunut, joudut ilmoittautumaan uudelleen.

Uusi ilmoittautuminen aukeaa tiistaina 29.10. klo 12.00. Ilmoittautumislomake aukeaa jo ennen klo 12.00 mutta ennen klo 12.00 rekisteröityjä ilmoittautumisia ei hyväksytä. Rekisteröitymisajaksi katsomme Google Formsiin rekisteröityneen aikaleiman. Aikaleima on riippuvainen Googlen palvelimen ajasta, ei käyttämäsi laitteen ajasta.

Pahoittelut tapahtuneesta ja ylimääräisestä vaivasta. Mainittakoon vielä, että sitsien suosio yllätti järjestäjät täysin! Ensimmäisten tuntien jälkeen oli jo liki 200 ilmoittautunutta. Vaikka sitsit menisivät sivu suun, jatkobileisiin pääsee kyllä!

There was a mistake with the sign-up form. The form was open a few minutes earlier than intended. Eager chemists took the opportunity and registered to the event like never before and in less than a minute there was over 100 people signed up - before the sign-up was supposed to be open.

It is not fair to take the ones "early" to the sitz and leave off the ones who waited till exactly 12 o'clock. It is also not fair to do the opposite and leave the ones who signed up before 12 o'clock off, just because the sign-up was open, which was not intended. Thus there will be a new sign-up so everyone has an equal opportunity to get in the sitz. If you have signed up you will have to do it again.

The new sign-up opens on Tuesday 29.10. at noon (12PM). The sign-up form will open before 12PM but sign-ups registered before 12PM will be ignored. Registration time will be the timestamp registered by Google Forms. The timestamp is reliant on Google's server time, not the time of your device.

Apologies for the mistake and for the inconvenience. Another thing is though, that the interest of the event took the organizers completely by surprise! After the first couple of hours there was almost 200 sign-ups! Even if you don't make it to the sitz the afterparty is open for you!
