Turun kaupunkitutkimusohjelma on julistanut haettavaksi rahoituksen tutkimushankkeisiin, jotka kohdistuvat kaupunkitutkimusohjelman 2022–2025 teemoihin. Hakea voivat tutkimusryhmät, joita johtaa ja mahdollisen konsortion osana on tutkijoita Turun yliopistosta tai Abo Akademista. Konsortioihin voi kuulua tutkijoita myös muista koti- tai ulkomaisista yliopistoista, tutkimuslaitoksista tai ammattikorkeakouluista. Turun yliopiston tai Åbo Akademin osuus kunkin hankkeen arvosta on kuitenkin oltava vähintään 50 % (siis vähintään puolet rahoituksesta on haettava niille, tällä EI tarkoiteta yliopiston omarahoitusosuutta - se on yhtä kuin hankkeen johtajan palkka, josta ei lasketa anottavaan summaan). Hankkeilta edellytetään monitieteistä, tieteidenvälistä tai poikkitieteellistä tutkimusotetta. Kaupunkitutkimusohjelma tutkimuksellistaa Turun strategian, pormestariohjelman ja kärkihankkeiden teemat.

Hausta järjestetään informaatiotilaisuus suomeksi 27.9. klo 11 ja englanniksi 29.9. klo 9 (linkit alla). 

Turku Urban Research Programme has published a call for research projects matching the programme. The call applies to research groups, led by and including researchers affiliated with the University of Turku (UTU) or the Åbo Akademi University (ÅA). The consortiums can involve also researchers from other Finnish or foreign universities, research institutes and applied universities, yet the UTU’s or the ÅA’s share of each project’s value (i.e. minimum half of the funding should be applied for UTU or ÅA, this does NOT stand for their own funding share - that is limited to the leader's salary which is not calculated within the application) must be minimum 50 per cent (meaning that minimum half of the budget should be applied for them, this is NOT their own funding share - that equals . The projects are required to apply multi-, inter- or transdisciplinary research approach.
