Location and admin is in Technical University of Tallinn (Taltech). Research thematics will be around critical smart city studies, especially in governance of smart cities. As a member of FinEst Twins project you will have a large circle of colleagues (PhD students, PostDocs and professors) in Taltech and Aalto University (Helsinki), not to mention the several options for the actual supervision. Deadline for the applications is on the  3.6.2020 (at 23.59).
