FL Jussi Jalosen historian alaan kuuluva väitöskirja "On Behalf of the
Emperor, On Behalf of the Fatherland. Finnish Officers and Soldiers of the
Russian Imperial Life-Guard on the Battlefields of Poland, 1831" tarkastetaan
julkisesti lauantaina 12. huhtikuuta 2014 klo 12, Tampereen yliopiston
Pinni-rakennuksen salissa B1096 (os. Kanslerinrinne 1).

Väitöstilaisuuden kustoksena toimii professori Irma Sulkunen.
Vastaväittäjänä on professori Nils Villstrand (Åbo Akademi).
