Authorial Publication in Late Antiquity and the Early Middle Ages

The papers in this colloquium discuss the practices of publication from the fourth to the ninth century, or how readerships were targeted in the late antique and early medieval periods. The authors to be commented on include Ausonius, Cassiodorus, Jerome, Paulinus of Aquileia, and Jonas of Orléans. The programme is found below.
