UNV Local Development and Community Resilience Specialist 
Post Title: Local Development and Community Resilience Specialist 
Hosting Agency: UNDP Albania 
Duty Station: Based in Tirana 
Duration: 1 Year (with the possibility of extension) 
Type of Contract: international UN Volunteer 

Educational Background: Advanced university degree in economics, community development or other fields relevant to the requirements of this assignment 
Work Experience: At least 5 years experience in disaster risk management, civil protection, natural resources management or similar 
Languages: Fluency in English, with excellent writing skills is required 

Expected Starting Date: As soon as possible 
Deadline for Application: 8 February 2011
