Finnish Model United Nations society organises its third, university level
Model United Nations conference in Helsinki in February and gathers together
talented students from around the world. The conference week consists of
Ministry for Foreign Affairs seminar, Ministry for Defence reception, Finnish
UNA led negotiation training, a versatile social program, a cultural day,
workshops and culminates in a 3-day Security Council Simulation held at Vanha
Ylioppilastalo in which our participants take on a role as a foreign diplomat
and try to solve an escalating crisis. This year's theme is Kashmir.

Official application time has ended but due to cancellations there are now a
few places left - lucky you! Act fast, send us a short application by 30.1.

The delegate fee is 90 € for FinMUN members and 100 € for others and it
includes the programme of the week, material, all lunches and some dinners
(including a gala dinner at our Closing Ceremony) and a FINMUN 2008 product.
