 Hei kaikki akateemiselle heviristeilylle lähtevät!

Olemme hallituksen kanssa kilpailuttaneet bussiyhtiöiltä kuljetusta Proffan
kellarin edestä suoraan Helsingin Länsisatamaan perjantaina 26.11.2021
kello 14.00 ja paluukyyti takaisin lähtöpisteeseen Länsisatamasta
lauantaina 27.11.2021 kello 16.40 laivan saavuttua satamaan. Vältät näin
siis ylimääräistä sähläämistä joukkoliikenteessä ja turvaat oman pääsysi
laivaan huolettomasti.

Tähän matkaan saimme yhteensä kolme tarjousta, joista 700€ oli kaikista
halvin. Käytössämme olisi 16-paikkainen pikkubussi. Hinnoittelu on
tarkoitus hoitaa seuraavasti: 700€ jaettuna paikkamäärällä (16) tekee
43,75€ per istumapaikka. Tyrmy on valmis kustantamaan tyhjäksi jäävät
paikat.

Ehtona yhteiskuljetuksen toteuttamiselle on, että osallistujia tälle
reissulle saadaan vähintään 7 kappaletta, jotteivat yhdistyksen
kustannukset nouse liian korkeiksi.
Toivoisin siis, että halukkaat henkilöt ilmoittautuisivat viimeistään
maanantaina 8.11.2021 tähän viestiin vastaamalla tai lähettämällä viestiä
tyrmyn sähköpostiin (tyrmyhallitus at gmail.com), jotta päätös matkan
järjestämisestä saadaan tehtyä mahdollisimman pian.

Jos halukkaita osallistujia löytyy tarpeeksi, sitova ilmoittautumislomake
ja maksuohjeet lähetetään ensi viikon aikana.

Yhteiskuljetuksen maksun takaraja tulee olemaan matkan toteutuessa
22.11.2021.

Hello to all those who're going for the academic heavy metal cruise!
We have done a public bid for a bus ride straight from the University
(Rehtorinpellonkatu 6, 20500 Turku) to Helsinki West Harbour (starting
point of the cruise) on the 26th of November. The bus will leave from the
Uni at 14.00. It will start back from the Helsinki West Terminal right
after the cruise on the 27th of November at 16.40 (back at the Uni at 18.40
ish).

For this trip we got three offers. 700€ was the cheapest one. With this we
will get a 16 seater bus. The price for this trip is 700€ divided with the
seat number (16), which makes it 43,75€ per seat.

Tyrmy will cover the costs of the empty seats. To make this trip happen we
will need at least 7 people to participate in the bus transportation, so
that the expenses don't grow too high for Tyrmy.

We need to know how many of you are willing to participate, so all who're
interested need to reply to this email, or send a message to Tyrmy's e-mail
(tyrmyhallitus at gmail.com) at the latest on November 8th.

If there are enough people who're willing to participate, then the binding
form and payment directions will be sent by the end of next week.

The deadline for payment will be the 22nd of November.
