Alla on tietoa taas joistakin uusista tapahtumista, kuten TYRMY Cupin viimeinen osakilpailu, levyraati ja pikkujoulut, mutta ensimmäisenä muistuttaisin kaikkia vastaamaan TYRMYn tämän vuoden palautekyselyyn! Kannattaa vastata, sillä juuri sinun palautteesi saattaa vaikuttaa ensi vuoden TYRMY-tapahtumiin tai muuhun. Kysely suljetaan sunnuntaina, joten äkkiä vastaamaan!

TYRMY Cup: Poker 26.11. klo 18 / November 26th at 6 pm

Megazone peruuntui, joten pidetään sen sijaan viimeisenä TYRMY cupin osakilpailuna pokeria, No Limit Texas Hold 'Emiä. Pelipaikkana toimii Proffan kellari, torstaina 26.11 klo 18. Katsotaan chippien määrä ja blindien rakenne paikan päällä. Voidaan myös sopia rahapanoksesta niiden kanssa, jotka haluavat.


Muista, että voit saapua pelaamaan, vaikket olisikaan osallistunut aikaisempiin TYRMY Cup -osakilpailuihin. Koskaan ei ole liian myöhäistä!

Megazone was cancelled so instead lets hold a poker tournamet as the last TYRMY cup event. The mode is No Limit Texas Hold 'Em. If you haven't played before the rules can be found here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_hold_%27em

The tournament will be held at Proffan kellari on Thursday the 26th of November at 6 p.m. The amount of chips and the structure of blinds will be decided on site. If someone would like to play with money in small amounts it can be arranged.


Remember that you can come and play even if you haven't taken part in any of the previous TYRMY Cup events. It's never too late!

TYRMY Levyraati 28.11. klo 17 / Music Panel November 28th at 5 pm

TYRMYn levyraati pidetään lauantaina 28.11. klo 17 alkaen Proffan kellarissa. Levyraadissa muutaman hengen raati arvostelee kappaleet suullisesti ja muut pääsevät osallistumaan kirjallisten arvioiden kera (arviointiväli 1- 10, toki muutakin palautetta voi kirjoittaa). Kappaleita arvosteltavaksi voit ehdottaa alla olevasta linkistä ja ne valitaan arvalla paikan päällä. Muistathan, että jos ehdotat kappaletta, niin tuo kyseinen kappale CD-muodossa myös paikan päälle. Paras kappale voittakoon!

TYRMY Music Panel will be held on Saturday the 28th of November 5 p.m. onwards at Proffan kellari. In the panel there is an official board of a couple of people who will give reviews of the songs and the participants can give their review on the paper (grade from 1 to 10, but of course other reviews are accepted in addition). You can suggest songs in the link below. The songs will be chosen at random on site, based on the suggestions. Remember that if you suggest a song you must bring it with you in CD format. Let the best song win!

TYRMY Pikkujoulut 5.12. klo 18 / Lil' X-mas Party December 5th at 6 pm

Pimeitä ja loskaisia kelejä piristämään TYRMY järjestää perinteiset pikkujoulut lauantaina 5.12. kello 18.00 alkaen TYYn saunalla. Yhdistys tarjoaa karkeloissa ajankohtaan sopivaa purtavaa sekä tietysti glögiä. Sauna on päällä ja muutakin pienimuotoista ohjelmaa on tarjolla, muun muassa uuden hallituksen esittäytyminen. Varsinaisen tapahtuman jälkeen siirrymme Proffaan jatkamaan tonttuilua.

Aika: Lauantai 5.12. kello 18.00
Paikka: TYYn sauna (Rehtorinpellonkatu 4)
Mukaan: Pyyhe, omia virvokkeita

To bring some light to this dark and wet season, TYRMY will organize its traditional Lil' X-mas party on Saturday the 5th of December. The party takes place at the TYY sauna from 6 pm onwards. TYRMY will provide appropriate snacks and of course mulled wine (a.k.a glögi). The sauna will be warm and there's some other activity as well e.g the introduction of the new Tyrmy board. After the X-mas party we'll continue the evening at Proffan kellari.

Time: Saturday the 5th of December at 6 pm
Place: TYY sauna (Rehtorinpellonkatu 4)
Bring: Towel, beverages (for those who just can't get enough)
