</font><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Olet tervetullut osallistumaan aistinvaraisen laadun arviointiin! Arviointi on osa väitöskirjatutkimusta, jossa tarkastellaan marjojen ja marjatuotteiden aistittavaan laatuun vaikuttavia tekijöitä.</span><br>

</font><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Arvioinnissa katsot ja maistat marjamehunäytteitä sekä kerrot meille havaintosi. Sinun tarvitsee osallistua arviointiin vain kerran ja se kestää noin 30 minuuttia. Sinulla ei tarvitse olla aiempaa kokemusta
aistinvaraisista arvioinneista. Riittää, että olet kiinnostunut maistamaan näytteitä. Testi on suoritettavissa joko suomen- tai englanninkielisenä.</span><br>

Kulje pääovista ja mene toiseen kerrokseen. Käänny rappusilta vasemmalle ja seuraa nuolia huoneeseen 221 ”Koekeittiö”.

</font></font><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">You are welcome to take part in a sensory evaluation! This study is part of a PhD thesis in which the various factors affecting the sensory quality of berries and berry products are investigated.</span><font face="Arial"><br>

</font></font><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Arial;">All you need to do is to look and taste berry juice samples and tell us your perceptions. You need to take part only once and the evaluation time will take approx. 30 minutes of your time. No
prior experience about the sensory evaluation of food is needed. You just need to be willing to taste our samples. The evaluation can be done in English or in Finnish.</span><font face="Arial"><br>

</font><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">The sensory evaluation takes place from 25<sup>th</sup> to 27<sup>th</sup> of November 2015 at the Sensory Laboratory in Arcanum (Vatselankatu 2), Department of Biochemistry, University
of Turku. </span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;">Enter through the main door and take the stairs to the 2nd floor. Follow the arrows left to room 221 “Koekeittiö”.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%;">
</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 10pt;">The evaluations are organized between 9.00-16.00. You will receive a small reward from the evaluation.</span><font face="Arial"><br>
