TYK ry suuntaa 12.-13.11. kohti Helsinkiä - älä siis jää rannalle (tai Kehä III:n ulkopuolelle) ruikuttamaan 😼 Excursiolle ilmoittautuminen on ihan nurkan takana!!

Excursion hinnaksi on asettumassa n. 52€ ja tämä hinta pitää sisällään kuljetukset Helsinkiin ja takaisin, majoituksen Helsingin ytimessä sekä tietenkin sitsit ihanien Helix & HYK ry:n kanssa 😱 Tätä et halua missään nimessä missata!!! (Hinta tarkentuu vielä lähipäivinä ✨) Valmistaudu siihen, että ruokailut sekä liikkuminen Helsingissä ovat omakustanteisia.

Olit sitten tuore piltti tai N:nnen vuoden jäärä, jokaikinen teistä on tervetullut excursiolle!! 🍼🧶 Paikkoja excursiolle on vain rajatusti, joten pistäthän näppäilysormesi valmiiksi: ilmoittautuminen tähän lystiin alkaa 29.10. klo 12 ja päättyy 4.11. klo 23.59 TAI kun kaikki paikat ovat täytetty❤️‍🔥 ILMOITTAUTUMINEN ON SITOVA!! Mites se ohjelma??

Matkaan lähdemme Turusta keskiviikkona 12.11. klo 6:00 ja ensimmäisenä vierailukohteenamme on Tukes🧪 Täältä matkamme jatkuu kohti Viikin kampusta, jossa pääsemme kuulemma kyseisen kampuksen tutkimusryhmätarjonnasta sekä saamme kokea ensiluokkaisen kampuskierroksen🤩 Tämän jälkeen suuntaamme kohti majoituspaikkaamme Helsingin keskustassa ja pienen vapaamuotoisen hengailuhetken jälkeen matkaamme kohti illan sitsejä😋 Sitseistä löydät lisätietoa Instagramin puolelta. Tykryläisten ilmoittautuminen sitseille tapahtuu Excu-ilmon yhteydessä!! Torstaina 13.11 kotimatkamme kohti Turkua starttaa klo 11:35 ja perillä Turussa olemme klo 13:39.

Hey there!

TYK ry is heading to Helsinki on November 12–13 - so don’t get left behind (or outside Kehä III)😼 The excursion sign-up is just around the corner!!

The price for the trip will be around 52€, which includes transportation to and from Helsinki, accommodation in the heart of the city, and of course, sits party with our lovely friends from Helix and HYK ry! 😱 You definitely don’t want to miss this!!! (The final price will be confirmed in the coming days✨)
Please note that meals and local transportation in Helsinki are at your own expense.

Whether you’re a fresh first-year or a seasoned veteran, everyone is warmly welcome to join the excursion! 🍼🧶
Spots are limited, so get those typing fingers ready: registration opens on October 29 at 12:00 and closes on November 4 at 23:59 or when all spots are filled. ❤️‍🔥 REGISTRATION IS BINDING! Everyone who secures a spot will be contacted directly no later than the end of the registration period. 🙏🏼

What’s on the schedule, you ask?

We’ll depart from Turku on Wednesday, November 12 at 6:00 AM, with our first stop being Tukes 🧪. From there, we’ll continue to the Viikki campus, where we’ll get to hear about their research groups and enjoy a top-notch campus tour 🤩 After that, we’ll head to our accommodation in central Helsinki, enjoy a bit of free time, and then make our way to the evening sitz-party! 😋 You can find more information about the sitz-party on Instagram. TYK members will register for the sitz-party as part of the excursion sign-up!! On Thursday, November 13, we’ll begin our journey back to Turku at 11:35 AM and we will be back at Turku 1:39 PM.
