3. Teknillisen tiedekunnan tuutorihaku on auki

Hakuaika vuonna 2025 on auki 1.2.-28.2.2025. Haku on auki suomenkielisille tutkinto-ohjelmille (yhteisesti kandi- ja maisteri/DI-ohjelmille), englanninkielisille kansainvälisille tutkinto-ohjelmille ja vaihto-opiskelijoille.

Student tutoring for international degree students

The application period for international degree student tutors is open from 1.2. to 28.2.2025 You do not have to study in international degree programme yourself.

4. Hybridin, Humanitaan ja Technican Pakkaspaheet-bileet 4.2.

Did you get cold while playing kyykkä or are you cold just beacuse of winter? Make your way to frost vices party in Vegas by Hybridi, Humanitas and Technica. The dancefloor in Vegas and the dildo bingo won’t leave anyone cold. Come to experience the hottest frost of this winter!

Early birds get an overall patch mathing the party’s theme!

ps. Before the party, a kyykkä tournament will be organized at Educarium field starting from 5 pm! The team registration for kyykkä is closed but you can come and follow which team will be crowned as unofficial winners of Turku's Academic Kyykkä 2025!

5. Teknillisen tiedekunnan alumnisitsit 28.2.

Hei opiskelija, pian on taas teknillisen tiedekunnan alumnisitsien aika!

Alumnisitsit järjestetään perjantaina 28.2. klo 18:00 - 22:00 ravintola Navetan Ullakolla (Virusmäentie 9, 20300 Turku). Sitsit on suunnattu kaikille teknillisen tiedekunnan alumneille ja alumnimielisille, sekä tiedekunnan henkilökunnalle ja opiskelijoille. Sitsit ovat mahtava tapa tavata tiedekunnasta valmistuneita alumneja rennoissa merkeissä. Lähde siis alumnisitseille tapaamaan vanhoja ja uusia tuttavuuksia!

Sitsien hinta on opiskelijoille 20 € ja se sisältää alku-, pää- ja jälkiruuan sekä yhden miedon, yhden kirkkaan juoman sekä kahvi-avecin. Pukukoodina sitseillä toimii smart casual. Juhlatilaan voi tuoda mukanaan omia juotavia ja lähin kauppa on 500 metrin kävelymatkan päässä. Ilta jatkuu sitsien jälkeen salaisessa jatkopaikassa.

Faculty of Technology's Alumni Sitz 28.2.

Hey student, it's almost time for another Faculty of Technology's Alumni Sitz!

The Alumni Sits will take place on Friday 28.2. at 6 pm - 10 pm at the restaurant Navetan Ullakko (Virusmäentie 9, 20300 Turku). The party is for all alumni and alumni-minded people of the Faculty of Technology, as well as faculty staff and students. It is a great way to meet alumnis of the faculty in a relaxed atmosphere. So why not come to Alumni Sitz and meet old and new friends!

The price of the sitz is 20 € for students and includes starter, main course and dessert, one beverage, one shot and a coffee with coffee-avec. The dresscode is smart casual. You can bring your own drinks and the nearest shop is only 500 meter away. The evening continues after the party in a secret location.

Alumni Sitz is organized by the Faculty of Technology in cooperation with Digit 0-kerho and Alumni Committee of Technica.

6. Kelan terveydenhoitomaksu

Vuonna 2025 korkeakouluopiskelijan terveydenhoitomaksu on 35,60 euroa lukukaudessa. Maksu täytyy maksaa Kelalle sekä kevät- että syyslukukaudelta. Laskua ei lähetetä erikseen, vaan se pitää maksaa oma-aloitteisesti. Kevätlukukauden terveydenhoitomaksun eräpäivä on 15.3., mikäli olet ilmottautunut läsnäolevaksi viimeistään 31.1.

Terveydenhoitomaksua ei tarvitse maksaa, jos sosiaaliturvastasi vastaa toinen EU- tai Eta-maa, Sveitsi, Iso-Britannia tai Pohjois-Irlanti.

Healthcare fee for higher educational students

The 2025 rate of the student healthcare fee is EUR 35.60 per term. The fee must be paid to Kela for both the spring and the autumn term. You are not billed for the fee, but are expected to pay it unprompted. The due date for the spring term is 15 March, if you have registered as attending by 31 January.

You do not have to pay the healthcare fee if you have social security coverage from another EU/EEA country, Switzerland, Great Britain or Northern Ireland.
