??Hello,
The Food Development and Food Chemistry students on the sensory course, DEKE0103 Sensory Evaluation of Food, will organize sensory evaluations during the following weeks. Place is our new sensory laboratory on the 7th floor of Pharmacity (C corridor). There will be five different studies and you can participate in one or more, hopefully to all of them. No prior experience needed. See the dates and details below. If you are interested, contact the responsible people below to register (or use the link) and for more details.
The 5 studies are organized in October:
- 9-10 Oct, products are Oat snacks, evaluations take 30 min and are organized every hour starting from 9 am. Contact: Sanni Majander (simmaj at utu.fi)
- 11 Oct, Orange juices, Contact: Roni Tähti (rpjtah at utu.fi)

- 24 Oct, Difference tests, evaluations every hour between 10-15, contact: Shuxun Liu (shuliu at utu.fi)
