Biokemian ja elintarvikekemian laitos on päättänyt hyödyntää laajaa 
dosenttikuntaansa antamalle heille mahdollisuuden luennoida heille 
tärkeäksi katsomaltaan osamisalueeltaan tämän kevään ja seuraavan syksyn 
aikana järjestettävällä kurssilla. Kurssin ensimmäisen osan ohjelma on 
liitteenä.

Kurssi on tarkoitettu kaikille asiasta kiinnostuneille, mutta 
erityisesti pidemmälle ehtineille opiskelijoille.

Aim and contents: The aim is to give overview within different fields of 
the food chemistry, biochemistry and biotechnology. The topic vary 
yearly. This year the topics will be such as lipids, molecular 
biochemistry and biotechnology.
