University of Turku in collaboration with Lindorff Oy will offer a
codecamp focusing on .NET MVC 3 framework. .NET MVC 3 is the leading
framework for professional scalable web applications. During the
camp, students will work with a modern IDE to develop internet
applications using the .NET MVC 3 framework and jQuery library.<br>

The camp will be held August 29th – September 2nd in ICT-building.<br>
<br>
A student can credit the course <i>Special Course in Software
Engineering</i> or another corresponding course with the camp. The
course is open for the students of University of Turku, Åbo Akademi
University, and Turun ammattikorkeakoulu. Students, who participated
in Codecamp: Vaadin & Social Media, can also take part to
Codecamp: .NET MVC 3. <br>

The course if offered as 3 ECTS and 5 ECTS versions. In a shorter
course, the participation and successful completion of the
programming project in the intensive week is required. In addition
to the requirements of the short course, also a final report is
needed for passing 5 ECTS course.<br>
<br>
Codecamp is a one-week intensive course. The first day contains
lectures and hand-on tutorials. The next three days contain a code
camp where the participants work intensively as groups in their own
projects, with the assistance of experts in the development tools.
The projects are demonstrated and evaluated during the last day of
the course.<br>
