tällainen (RF-hommaan keksittiin ratkaisu):<br>
“Benchmarking and optimization of virtualization solutions”<br>
<br>
Virtualization is a methodology where a virtual machine
application contains a disk image of (another) operating system,
running in a simulated environment. The purpose of the study
would be to find the best solution for running an application in
virtual environment.<br>
<br>
There are both commercial and open source virtualization
solutions available. The study would contain study of the
alternatives (especially licensing, legal and support items
which may be risk items in commercial use). The next step would
be a side-by-side performance evaluation of 2-3 preferred
alternatives and comparison against native installation. On the
last stage would be the optimization trials of best
candidate(s), followed by a study report with proposal for
improvements. </font> <br>
