IIRC, it is the time it took for all of the DNSBL queries to finish. I
think that it short circuits if there is a hit and/or if your
block/greylist thresholds have been met, so IPs that aren't on DNSBLs
will have longer values for d=
I see the same values as you, so I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
