[Gross] Skipping authenticated users (was: gross 1.0.1 milter and Postfix)

Diggin in the pile of things to do...


I have now implemented a change in worker_milter.c to skip authenticated 
users. I can't find any value of filtering those in gross, so I ask you 
all if this feature should be made configurable?
