[Gross] compile gross on uclibc

Hi,

I managed to make gross-1.0.1 compile on linux/uclibc for embedded
stuff. A tiny fix in configure.ac was needed since sem_init() needs
-lpthread linker flag.

Attatched is a trivial patch.
