Tule mukaan Yksinäisyys mielessä -ryhmään, jossa pääset jakamaan yksinäisyyden kokemuksiasi toisten ryhmäläisten kanssa. Ryhmän tarkoituksena on lisätä ymmärrystä omaan yksinäisyyteen liittyvistä ajatuksista, tunteista ja toiminnasta. Samalla löydetään toimivia

 keinoja yksinäisyyden vähentämiseksi ja sosiaalisten suhteiden vahvistamiseksi.<br>

Yksinäisyys mielessä -ryhmä järjestetään <strong>3.11. – 12.12.2025</strong>. Se toteutetaan Discordin suljetussa ryhmässä, jossa kommunikointi tapahtuu kirjoittamalla. Ryhmiä ohjaavat Nyytin työntekijät ja ryhmä on maksuton. <br>

Ryhmä on tarkoitettu kaikille korkeakouluopiskelijoille, jotka kokevat yksinäisyyttä ja toivovat tilanteeseensa muutosta. Tärkeintä on, että olet valmis jakamaan kokemuksiasi ja haluat tukea muutoksen tekemiseen. Jokaisen kokemus yksinäisyydestä on arvokas

 eikä ryhmissä vertailla tai arvoteta toisten kokemuksia. Olet tervetullut ryhmään juuri sellaisena kuin olet!<br>

Tule mukaan MiehenTila-ryhmään jakamaan ajatuksia ja kokemuksia toisten miesten kanssa omaan jaksamiseen ja mielen kuormitukseen liittyvistä asioista. Samalla voit saada toisilta ryhmäläisiltä uudenlaisia näkökulmia ja oivalluksia omiin ajatuskeloihisi ja tilanteeseesi.

 Nyyti ry:n järjestämä ryhmä on tarkoitettu korkeakoulussa opiskeleville miehille kautta Suomen. <br>

MiehenTila-ryhmä järjestetään 11.11. – 16.12. tiistaisin klo 15 - 17. Ryhmä kokoontuu kaikkiaan 6 kertaa. Tapaamiset pidetään kerran viikossa videovälitteisesti Zoomissa ja ne ovat kestoltaan 2 tunnin mittaisia. <br>
