Hybridi Turku ry järjestää syksyllä ulkomaanekskursion, ja nyt etsimmekin innoikkaita mukaan ekskursiotoimikuntaan. Mukaan voi lähteä pienellä kynnyksellä, eikä aiempaa kokemusta ekskursioiden järjestämisestä vaadita.<br>

Toimikunnassa oleminen ei myöskään vaadi tuhottomasti aikaa, mukaan voi tulla esimerkiksi suunnittelemaan jotain yhteistä aktiviteettiä kohdemaassa, vaikuttamaan ekskursion ajankohtaan tai majoitukseen tai muuten vain pöhisemään poikkitieteellistä menoa. Toki

 syksyllä on syytä varata aikaa itse ekskursiolle lähtemiseen :)<br>

Hybridi Turku ry is organizing an excursion abroad in autumn, and now we are looking for enthusiastic people to join the excursion committee. You can join us with a low threshold, and no previous experience in organizing excursions is required.<br>

Being on the committee doesn't take up a lot of time - you can join, for example, to plan a group activity in the destination country, to influence the timing or accommodation of the excursion, or just to have some fun. Of course, in autumn you should make

 time for the excursion itself :)<br>

Turun poikkitieteellisin kampusradio tulee jälleen sykähdyttämään sydämiä koko wapun ajan. Ohjelmahaku on siis jo alkanut, ja juuri sinä voit nyt suunnitella ja tulla pitämään ihan ihka oman ohjelmasi Turun Wappuradiossa, livenä siis ihka oikeassa radiossa,

 taajuudella 93.8 MHz, sekä toki myös nettisivuillamme kautta kuun! Tänä vuonna lähetys tulee perinteikkään kultaisesti 10-päiväisenä, alkaen sunnuntaina 21.4., kestäen aina tiistaihin 30.4. asti.<br>

Ohjelman pitäjänä eli juontajana pääset suunnittelemaan ja vetämään radio-ohjelmasi yksin, ystäviesi, perheen tai vaikka kissan koiran kaiman kanssa. Teeman mukaisesti aiheenakin voi siis olla ihan mitä vain 80-luvun hiustyyleistä, Suomen naalien kasvukannasta,

 tai ihan just siitä aiheesta, josta Sinä haluat puhua. Lähde siis reippaan rohkeasti vetämään omaa radio-ohjelmaa!<br>

Cantus Mercurialis on Turun kauppakorkeakoulun alainen kuoro, mutta olemme avoinna kaikille opiskelijoille sekä yliopiston ulkopuolisille henkilöille. Riveissämme on eri tutkintoja opiskelevien lisäksi myös jo valmistuneita sekä yliopiston ulkopuolisia jäseniä.<br>

<br>

Harjoittelemme maanantaisin klo 18 - 20.30 Turun Kauppakorkeakoulun Mercatorilla taiteellisen johtajamme Ville-Veikko Verhan johdolla. Kuoron vuosi on koostunut harjoitusten lisäksi yleensä kevät- ja joulukonserteista, kaksi kertaa vuodessa järjestettävistä

 kuoroleireistä sekä teemasitseistä. Kesän ajan olemme kuoron yhteisestä toiminnasta tauolla, mutta kuorolaisia kokoontuu silloinkin näkemään kuukausittain epävirallisissa merkeissä.<br>

<br>

Sen lisäksi esimerkiksi viime vuottamme väritti isompien konserttien lisäksi 21 pienryhmäkeikkaa, jossa päästiin laulamaan mm. syntymäpäivillä, Paavo Nurmi-maratonilla, häissä, konferenssi- ja joululounailla yms. Turun linnasta Messukeskukseen ja yliopistolle.<br>

<br>

Ohjelmistomme koostuu kotimaisesta ja kansainvälisestä klassisesta, ikivihreästä ja kevyemmästä pop-tyylisestä kolmi- ja neliäänisestä kuoromusiikista.<br>

<br>

Kuoroharrastus edellyttää joukkuelajina vastuunkantoa harjoituksissa käymisestä, mutta vaihdossa saa ystäviä, yhteisöllisen ja laadukkaan musiikkiharrastuksen sekä niitä kautta voimaa ja eväitä yksinäisyyden ja maailmanmelskeen kuormittavuuden taklaamiseksi.<br>

Aiempaa musiikin harrastuneisuutta ei edellytetä eikä koelauluihin tarvitse valmistautua opettelemalla tiettyä kappaletta. 29.1. ja 5.2. klo 18 koittavien avointen harjoitusten jälkeen pidettävissä koelauluissa taiteellinen johtaja testaa yksitellen ja yksityisessä

 tilassa kuoroon haluavan äänialaa ja sävelkorvaa.<br>

Eletään arvokkaassa 1800-luvun lopun Itävallassa. Kubinin taitelijaperhe muuttaa vanhaan sukukartanoon toivoen vuoristoilman auttavan perheen äidin, Margaretin, keuhkotautiin. Perheen tytär Dahlia huomaa nopeasti, että kartanossa tapahtuu outoja asioita. Margaretin

 tilan romahdettua paikalle kutsutaan koko kylän arvostama, myös mustaan magiaan perehtynyt tohtori. Paljoa ei ole tehtävissä ja tohtorin on otettava käyttöön kaikki keinonsa. Pian tohtorin vierailun jälkeen Dahlia huomaa omaavansa yliluonnollisia kykyjä. Hän

 päättää selvittää mitä kaiken takana on, mutta myös muut ovat kiinnostuneita hänen uudesta kyvystään. Mitä ihminen on valmis tekemään rakkauden vuoksi? Miten päästää irti?<br>
