Kokouksessa muun muassa valitaan ainejärjestön hallitus vuodelle 2024, päätetään ensi vuoden toimintasuunnitelmasta, talousarviosta sekä keskustellaan vuosijuhlarahaston perustamisesta, yhdistyksen sääntömuutoksesta ja kunniaohjesäännön muokkaamisesta. Toimintasuunnitelmaa
ei lueta ääneen syyskokouksessa, joten tutustuthan siihen etukäteen. <br>

Kemian kopokahvit järjestetään tänä vuonna 14.11.2023 klo 12.30-14.00 Aqua-kokoushuoneessa Aurumilla (5. krs). <br>

Kopokahveilla pääset osallistumaan keskusteluun liittyen kemian laitoksen koulutuspolitiikkaan. Tapahtuman tarkoituksena on lähentää välejä laitoksen henkilökunnan ja opiskelijoiden välillä sekä madaltaa kynnystä olla molempiin suuntiin yhteydessä. Tapahtuma
on tarkoitettu kaikkien vuosikurssien ja tutkimusryhmien opiskelijoille. Kopokahveilla on erinomainen mahdollisuus esittää kysymyksiä henkilökunnalle. Kopokahveilla keskustellaan muun muassa kurssien, opetuksen ja myöskin tutkimuksen sujuvuudesta sekä yleisistä

toimikunnalle määrää. Toimikunnan toimikausi on kalenterivuosi ja sen puheenjohtajana toimii TYYn hallituksen jäsen.</font></font><br>

<font face="Times New Roman,serif"><font color="black" face="Montserrat">Hakijalta edellytetään ylioppilaskunnan jäsenyyttä, sekä kokemusta TYYn järjestöissä toimimisesta. Hakukriteerinä toimii hakijan osoittama motivaatio toimia tehtävässä. Valintaa tehtäessä
huomioidaan myös tiedekuntien ja erilaisten järjestöjen edustavuus.</font></font><br>

Haluatko tukea nuorten mielenterveyttä verkossa ja tulla mukaan tekemään merkityksellistä vapaaehtoistoimintaa? Yeesi ry, eli Nuorten mielenterveysseura, hakee nyt uusia vapaaehtoisia päivystämään Sekasin-ryhmächattiin!<br>

Päivystäjäksi Sekasin-ryhmächattiin -koulutus pidetään to 23.11.2023 klo 18.00-20.00 Google Meet:ssa. <br>

Sekasin-ryhmächat - eli tuttavallisemmin ryhmis - ei ole vain Sekasin-yksilöchatin “jonotusaula”, vaan se on myös tärkeä yhteisö, josta nuoret saavat vertaistukea arkeensa! Ryhmächattia moderoi aina Yeesin työntekijä, kun taas keskustelunherättäjänä ja juttuseurana
toimii Yeesin vapaaehtoinen. Koulutus antaa kattavan tietopaketin siitä, millaista on päivystää Yeesin vapaaehtoisena Sekasin-ryhmächatissa.<br>
