Hybridin ja TYYn toimiston välillä. Tehtävässä toimiminen edellyttää työskentelyä tiedekunnan ja yliopiston hallinnon asioiden parissa esimerkiksi osallistumalla tiedekunnan johtoryhmän kokoontumisiin ja läheistä yhteydenpitoa tiedekunnan hallinnon opiskelijaedustajiin
sekä tiedekuntajärjestöön ja TYYn toimistoon. Koordinaattoreiden velvollisuus on osallistua kuukausittaisiin TYYn hallopedkoordinaattoreiden ohjausryhmän kokouksiin. TYY tulee tarjoamaan koulutusta valituille henkilöille heti toimikauden alussa ja ylioppilaskunnan

Tehtävänjako varsinaisen ja varan välillä on heidän itsensä yhteisesti päätettävissä. Varajärjestelmällä halutaan taata tiedonkulku TYYn ja tiedekunnan välillä kaikissa tilanteissa. TYYn jokaisessa hallopedkoordinaattoreiden ohjausryhmän tapaamisessa toivotaan
