tutkimukseen, jossa selvitetään sinimaltoisista perunoista eristetyn flavonoidivärijakeen vaikutusta aterianjälkeiseen glykemiaan ja insulinemiaan sekä jakeen metaboliittien erittymistä vereen, virtsaan ja ulosteisiin.</span></font><br style="font-family: calibri, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">

syksyn 2016 aikana. Tutkimus sisältää kullakin tutkittavalla kaksi noin viiden tunnin tutkimuskäyntiä, joiden aikana nautitaan ateria ja otetaan verinäytteitä 4 tunnin ajan. Ennen ateriaa kerätään aamuvirtsa, ja aterian jälkeen kerätään vuorokausi virtsaa
sekä ulostenäytteitä. Tutkimuskäyntien välillä pidetään kahden-kolmen viikon tauko. Tutkimukseen valittavat henkilöt toimivat itsensä kontrolleina. </span></font><br style="font-family: calibri, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">

euroa (20 euroa / tutkimuspäivä) tutkimuksen päätyttyä koko tutkimuksen ajan mukana olleille henkilöille. Korvaus on veronalaista tuloa. Kunkin tutkimuspäivän päätyttyä tutkimushenkilöille tarjotaan vähäflavonoidinen ja vähäkuituinen lounas. Osallistujat saavat
vähäflavonoidisia elintarvikkeita kotiin kahdeksi jokaista tutkimuspäivää edeltäväksi ja tutkimuspäivän jälkeiseksi yhdeksi päiväksi eli yhteensä kuudeksi päiväksi. Tutkimuksen lopuksi tutkittavat saavat kotiin runsasflavonoidisia elintarvikkeita.</span></font><br style="font-family: calibri, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">
