ja tuo tutkimukseen perustuvia puheenvuoroja Lähi-idästä käytyyn keskusteluun Suomessa. FIMEn toimialue kattaa koko Lähi-idän. Työskentely FIMEssä tarjoaa näköalapaikan suomalaiseen Lähi-idän tutkimukseen.</div>

Erinomainen englannin ja vähintään kohtalainen suomen kielen taito ovat välttämättömiä. Jonkin Lähi-idän pääkielen taito katsotaan eduksi. Post doc -tutkijan edellytetään tekevän itsenäistä tutkimusta. Työ Lähi-idässä vaatii oma-aloitteisuutta, joustavuutta,
järjestelmällisyyttä ja verkostoitumistaitoja.</div>
